A clear way from idea to launch.
Know what we are building, what it costs and what happens next. We agree the scope, review the work with you and plan the handover and ongoing support.
The process
Four practical steps.
Understand and agree.
Start with Rupert and the problem you want to solve. Tell us who will use the website or system, what they need to do and which existing tools it needs to work with.
Your proposal sets out the scope, timing and price. We discuss changes to the agreed work before adding them. A paid Clarity session is optional when your project brief is already clear.
An agreed scope, cost and delivery plan.
Review as we build.
We review the design with you and show the work as it takes shape. For a website, that includes checking the experience across screen sizes and the enquiry journey before launch.
For a business app, bring the real tasks, different user roles and exceptions into the brief. Those requirements help us agree what needs to be checked before the system is ready to use.
Work you can review, with clear decisions along the way.
Plan the handover.
Before you commit, we confirm code and account access, third-party licensing, billing and handover responsibilities in the proposal and service agreement. Training and documentation are agreed as part of the scope.
Your own team or another delivery partner can use the roadmap from a Clarity session. The advisory work is useful independently of a later build.
An agreed handover, with access and responsibilities understood.
Agree what happens next.
Monthly support and development options are available for maintenance, fixes and further improvements. Your agreement confirms the work covered, allocated hours, scheduling, rollover and cancellation arrangements.
Website hosting and everyday website updates are available through Lightning Web Hosting. Custom business-app support is assessed separately with Lightning Developments.
Support and further development suited to the work.
The right requirements
Start with what matters to your business.
Tell us if the system handles sensitive information, supports a critical business task or has specific recovery or data-location requirements. Those needs shape the scope, responsibilities and ongoing support to be agreed.
Our practical guides help you prepare the questions that matter for your project.
