Updates, monitoring, backups and restore assistance can be included in an agreed care scope. We confirm coverage, retention, responsibilities and response arrangements for your system.
Changes and improvements
Content updates, new features and technical support are separate from infrastructure costs unless expressly included. Choose scoped work or discuss an ongoing development arrangement.

A low hosting line item is one part of the cost. We identify the required components and optional services, then confirm the total for your website or app.
Coverage and limits
Your proposal identifies the platforms, resource limits, database and backup needs, monitoring, update responsibilities and any third-party charges.
Support and service terms
We confirm support hours, response expectations, exclusions, billing, cancellation and handover arrangements. Unlimited changes or a guaranteed response time are only included if expressly agreed.
